What is the iALP?
The Invermere Accessible Living Plaza is a purpose built mixed-use residential/commercial rental project proposed in the heart of Invermere, B.C. It's more than just a building, it’s a community initiative. The iALP will become a community hub and provide:
- 51 fully accessible residential studio, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom rental units:
- ~13,000sqft of Strata or Lease Commercial Space: A hub for local businesses to thrive.
- A Commitment to Affordability: 30% of residential units are offered at 20% below market rents.
- Sustainability at its Core: Energy-efficient modular design, green building materials, and a reduced environmental footprint.
